Helping hands for the blind is run by a board of trustees. The Trustees are in place to ensure the financial viability of Helping hands for the blind, and that the Charity aims are upheld.

The day to day tasks of the Charity is run by a voluntary Management team drawn from the main officers of the Charity. In conjunction to our Trustees, Helping hands for the blind has a dedicated team of passionate volunteers that help run the range of services that Helping hands for the blind offers.
Interested in being a volunteer?
There are many opportunities for volunteering and we support all our volunteers in the different roles they fulfil with training days and with social gatherings. Everyone has a skill they can bring to Helping Hands for the Blind – whether that’s a good listener, caring personality, keen sports person or great personality – we will have a role for you!
